Please note that the $200 deposit is non-refundable. This deposit is necessary to secure the date and time of your chosen booking. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation, if the full balance has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued, minus the non-refundable security deposit, provided we receive notice 7 days before the event date. Please ensure to communicate any cancellations within this timeframe to facilitate a smooth refund process. Thank you for your understanding.
